- Assisting with adverse possession claims, eminent domain, boundary disputes, partition actions, and clearing clouds on title
- Assisting with lien and lien foreclosure matters
- Advising clients regarding title and property ownership disputes, including representation in a Proceeding Subsequent or quiet title action
- Representing buyers and sellers in lawsuits or arbitrations addressing disclosure issues that arise post-closing
- Defending real estate agents in investigations initiated by the Department of Commerce or the Attorney General's office
- Representing clients in construction defect litigation and arbitration
- Representing Common Interest Communities (CIC/townhome association) in disputes with vendors/contractors or members of the association
- Insurance defense for claims against agents and brokers, appraisers, and closing companies in coordination with their Errors and Omissions real estate agents and brokerages (E and O) insurance
- General civil litigation related to mechanics' liens, transaction disputes and other real estate matters
- Counseling clients in mortgage foreclosure actions, cancellations, and mortgage foreclosure postponement
Knowledge, Experience and Leadership in Real Estate Law
