Thomsen Nybeck was established in 1972 by four highly-regarded attorneys with one goal in mind: to better serve businesses and individuals facing legal challenges. While our first law office was located in Edina, continued growth and achievement, notably including the acquisition of the respected law firm of Rode, Lucas & Schellhas, PLLP, led ultimately to our relocation to the current office in Bloomington.
Today, our suburban law firm location allows us to provide quality service in a convenient, accessible location, as an alternative to Downtown Minneapolis.
Our location also means we don't pay high real estate prices only to pass the costs onto our clients. By keeping a lower overhead, we can offer our clients sensible and cost-effective legal strategies that help reduce the financial impact of litigation on their businesses and personal lives. We value relationships with clients who understand that our status is based upon our results, rather than mere symbols of success.
Our practice serves the varied needs of businesses and individuals throughout Minnesota. Our firm now consists of 16 lawyers — 10 shareholders, 4 associates and 2 of counsel attorneys. Throughout its history and into the future, these attorneys have and will continue to balance small-firm collegiality and large-firm capability.
