Nate is an associate in the Litigation practice group at Thomsen & Nybeck, P.A. Nate concentrates his practice in the areas of General Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Real Estate Litigation, Real Estate Law, and Insurance Litigation. Nate has experience in the area of criminal law and serves as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Metropolitan Airports Commission. During law school, Nate worked as a prosecuting intern for the Henry County Attorney's Office in Iowa. In addition, Nate was a student writer for the Journal of Gender, Race & Justice. He also worked as a volunteer for Iowa Legal Aid.
