Jack practices in the transactional section of Thomsen & Nybeck focusing on the areas of Taxation, Business law and Wills, Estates, and Trusts. Jack has served as a member of the IRS Commissioner's Advisory Group. Jack is a member of a number of groups, including the American College of Tax Counsel and the Minneapolis Estate Planning Council. Jack is also certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA and the Minnesota CPA Society. Jack is Chairman of Congressman Jim Ramstad's Tax Advisor Committee. Jack frequently lectures in the tax and estate planning area.
