Don's practice is based in the transactional section at Thomsen & Nybeck, P.A., and he serves as head of the transactional practice section of the firm. Don specializes in Real Estate law, Financing, and Business law. Don's experience and reputation in aiding clients in these areas has resulted in his being named in the past as a Super Lawyer by Minnesota Law and Politics. Don's abilities in the area of real estate law are also exhibited in a monthly column published by the Minnesota Association of Realtors, Don being General Counsel to the Association.
