Dennis is a shareholder of Thomsen & Nybeck, P.A. practicing in the transactional law section of the firm's practice. For the past 30 years, Dennis has concentrated his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Taxation, Probate, and Business transactions. Dennis has spoken before various public and professional groups on topics related to taxation and estate planning. He is an adjunct professor of law in estate planning at the William Mitchell College of Law, and has written for the William Mitchell Law Review.
